1. Generalities These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions under which the Service provided by Márcia Ferrão, henceforth referred to as "Service", will be governed. The Service consists of Live Painting and Commissioned Work. 2. Image Rights Upon using the Service, the client: Grants the image rights of the work to the Artist for the dissemination of their work on their website and social media. When requesting the Service, the client declares awareness of the use of their image on the Artist's website and/or other means of dissemination. Authorizes the capture of video and image of the evolution of the painting, even at the event location, if applicable. 3. Orders Any order must be made by clients aged 18 or older. 4. Payment The payment can be made in 2 installments of 50% each, with the first at the time of booking the date or ordering the work, and the second by the day of the event or delivery of the work. The payment can also be made in full at the time of booking the date or ordering the work. The payment is non-refundable except in the case of failure to deliver the service by the Author. The payment is conducted through the Payments page of this website. 5. Liabilities The Artist is not responsible for any damage caused after the provision of the Service that are not directly attributable to her. 6. Changes to Terms and Conditions The artist may change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The current version of these Terms and Conditions can always be found on this website.
